Well, now I want to sleep, but how can I? My mind is preoccupied with the game – what about today's clutches? Not to mention, I currently hold the position of the top 3 player in CODM.
I hope you have got the point, sticking to one thing can have a great impact on the mind and on your life so always discover different things each day otherwise it's you and that thing in your mind the whole day and night.

In our free time, we often engage in activities that bring us mental satisfaction, right? In the given example, enjoying a game is fine, but it's crucial to establish boundaries or a specific timeframe. This habit will help you stay connected with other aspects of life, preventing the game or any potentially harmful habit from dominating your thoughts. Overcoming such habits demands courage, and courage is the key to transformation. Each time you remind yourself of the limits you've set, you're reinforcing a positive habit.
